Tabasamu not only strengthens the physical part but also the emotional and mental wellbeing.
Tabasamu Schools’s tour project which involves a grassroot approach aimed at promoting oral health among school visits focusing in primary school children age 5-12years.This is a comprehensive program which involves interactive session and educational workshops conducted in schools across various regions We provide oral health education, mental health and life skills education to the kids fostering a positive and engaging environment for learning about oral hygiene. In addition we provide them with oral health cleaning kits like toothbrush and toothpaste together with school stationaries.
In 2023 we did our pilot phase in 3 different schools Nzasa Primary School(Temeke), Muhimbili primary School(Ilala) and Genesis Schools(Kigamboni).
We managed to reach a total of 1000 children provided them with education and oral health kits
